Creature Practice

A sketch that i've made today and later painted to practice. The idea was some sort of yeti that would attack villages, challenging the inhabitants with his war banner. The defenders could then give up and avoid his wrath, giving him all their riches or try their luck in a combat against the terrible creature. For the general silhouette, I had alot of references of gorillas and other primates, and tried to blend some of them together to get a unique look.
